The Willpower Program

Scientists tell us that willpower is the most accurate predictor
of our success, more than our intellect or innate talent.

Our Willpower Program is a neuroscience-based program that will help you train your “willpower muscle”, enhance your self-control, conquer undesired habits, adopt new healthier habits, successfully pursue your goals, and become the best possible version of yourself.

We recommend that you pursue no more than three “formal goals” at a time, since working on multiple goals may dilute your focus and energy otherwise available for each. Formal goals are those for which you will establish specific desired outcomes, a time frame, a specific plan of action, and progress tracking.

 

The following steps describe the Change Drivers that constitute our Willpower Program. We invite you to explore the program and adopt the interventions that you feel are most consistent with your goal. You do not necessarily have to adopt all the Change Drivers at once. If you select your change drivers wisely, and pursue them consistently, you are bound to achieve demonstrable results within 8 to 12 weeks.

 

For each step we provide a description of the supporting scientific research and the directions for practicing the change driver.

 

You could follow our Willpower Program on your own, or you could join our Advanced Willpower Program. In the Advanced Willpower Program, we will help you to select the most appropriate Change Drivers for your goal, provide you advance tools to enhance your change experience, and guide you in implementing them step-by-step, while pursuing your goal throughout your change journey.
