Critical Success Factors For Stakeholder Engagement

1.   Stakeholder mapping. Identifying which stakeholders are affected by the project and how, and which are in a position to influence the project success?

2.   Stakeholder engagement, alignment, and support. Implementing an approach to engage, align, and obtain the active support of each group of stakeholders.

3.   Change management strategy. Developing and implementing an effective change management strategy which includes  project communication, user engagement, user training,  and a change agent network.
